Job Description:

  • Program Planning and Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to define program goals, objectives, and deliverables. Develop detailed program plans, timelines, and budgets to guide implementation.
  • Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources, budget, and materials, to support program activities. Monitor resource utilization and adjustment as needed to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate program activities, including events, workshops, meetings, and other initiatives. Ensure that all stakeholders are informed and involved in program-related activities.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor program progress against established goals and objectives. Collect and analyze data to evaluate program outcomes and effectiveness. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders, including program participants, partners, and funders. Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders to ensure their continued support and engagement.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular progress reports, presentations, and other documentation to communicate program status and outcomes to stakeholders. Ensure that program documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant parties.
  • Business Development: Assist department marketing initiative through identify opportunities, prepare proposal and nurturing relationships with potential clients.


  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, project management, social sciences).
  • At least 5 years’ experience in managing programs or projects, preferably in a related field.
  • Good communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa
  • Interest and ability to conduct/facilitate training or learning
