Job Description:
- Lead the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing onboarding activities.
- Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Assist to Develop and implement IR policies and procedures in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Coordinate and conduct performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and coaching sessions.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Oversee HR administration tasks, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and maintaining employee records.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to support organizational initiatives and promote a positive work culture.
- Participate in strategic planning meetings and contribute to the development of HR strategies that support the company’s growth objectives.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
