Associate Consultant

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, culture, and hiring requirements.
  • Provide expert advice on talent acquisition strategies and market trends.
  • Negotiate terms of business agreements and ensure client satisfaction through timely delivery of quality candidates.

Candidate Sourcing:

  • Identify and attract qualified candidates through job postings, social media, networking, and database searches.
  • Conduct detailed interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit for client roles.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for current and future opportunities.

Placement and Follow-Up:

  • Match suitable candidates to client roles and coordinate interviews.
  • Provide feedback to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Follow up post-placement to ensure successful onboarding and address any issues.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Consulting, Finance or recruitment (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM3,000.00 per month
