Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, culture, and hiring requirements.
- Provide expert advice on talent acquisition strategies and market trends.
- Negotiate terms of business agreements and ensure client satisfaction through timely delivery of quality candidates.
Candidate Sourcing:
- Identify and attract qualified candidates through job postings, social media, networking, and database searches.
- Conduct detailed interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit for client roles.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for current and future opportunities.
Placement and Follow-Up:
- Match suitable candidates to client roles and coordinate interviews.
- Provide feedback to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Follow up post-placement to ensure successful onboarding and address any issues.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Consulting, Finance or recruitment (or equivalent experience).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
