East Coast Region Head

Job Description:

1. Oversee branch daily operations, manage personnel, manage budgets and set performance objectives.

2. Achieve business goals and revenue targets. Lead in locating or proposing potential business deals by contacting potential partners simultaneously discovering and exploring opportunities.

3. Plan, evaluate and optimize operations to be efficient and cost-effective.

4. Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; coordinating actions to influence the market.

5. Prepare and present monthly, quarterly and annually report, and prepare operation and finance report or other report that required by management.

6. Ensure products and services are comply with regulatory and quality standards. Ensure company standards and procedures are followed.

7. Manage internal and external stakeholder relations. Deal with escalated customer issues and any incident reports.

8. Responsible in recruitment, training, and support general branch activity as well as conduct regular staff performance appraisal. Review staff performance and progress of sales personnel.

Job Requirement:

1. Bachelor’s degree in a business field or engineering with a minimum of 7 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.

2. Minimum 5 years of experience in salesmanagement and leadership experience

3. Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.

4. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

5. Proficiency in closing salesmotivation for salesprospectingsales planningselling to customer needsmarket knowledgepresentation skillsmeeting sales goals, and maintaining professionalism.

6. Preferably male Bumiputera
