HR Executive – Payroll

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining detailed employee records and documents
  • Resolving employee queries relating to HR processes and administration
  • Assist on the recruitment hiring new candidates and arranging onboarding
  • Monitor attendance and staff leave
  • Creating periodic reports relating to employee engagement, attrition, hiring and professional development
  • Producing internal company documents and communication material for employees
  • Implementing HR policies and working with managers to ensure their enforcement
  • Cultivating a positive and welcoming work environment
  • Maintaining payroll information by collating, calculating and entering data
  • Updating payroll records by entering any changes to employee information or benefits such as job title changes, exemptions and saving deductions
  • Preparing reports that include summaries of earnings, tax deductions, leave, compassionate leave and non-taxable wages
  • Maintaining KPI and update a report
  • Any other tasks assigned by superior or management

Requirement:

  • Must be 30 years old & above
  • Degree in HR or equivalent with 3.00 GCPA & above
  • Experience in Payroll and SQL PayrollSQL AttendanceCrm Bizcore (recruitment modul), KPI Sandmerit
  • Technical savvy should be bonus
