Responsibilities:
Retail
1. To monitor the sales progress monthly
2. To identify, exploring, analysis and maximise the opportunity availability in the territory
/ account has been assigned
3. To formulate strategy to promote new product / new packaging in the territory that
assigned
4. To coordinate the new product development (RWB,R&G,CDM) with relevant
department
5. To handle the new product launching (soft launch or official launch) project
6. To consistently monitor the market changes and consumer needs and preference.
Propose strategy to superior to meet the requirement
7. To manage and handling customer enquiries for Retail-FoodBin include provide the
quotation and dealing method
8. To build good relationship with distributor
Distributor Management
1. To identify and appointing potential distributor to distribute SUISS products in territory
assigned
2. To visit different sales channel to ensure products visibility and availability
3. Work closely with distributor on the pricing structure to determine right price and right
place for SUISS products in the territory as assigned
4. To prepare, discuss and formulate with distributor on the promotion plan, sampling plan
and point of purchase material (POSM)
5. To execute and to ensure the product promotion plans are carried out by distributor
according to the schedule
6. To determine the effectiveness of the promotion by conducting post-mortem after the
promotion
7. To conduct business review with distributor every quarterly and annually and formulate
contingency business plan to improve current sales performance
8. To provide market report update on the competitor activities in the market after market
survey.
9. To obtain purchase order from distributor according to the timeframe set
10. To ensure the distributor make payment on time.
11. To provide product and sales training to distributor sales team
Marketing Activities
1. To coordinate marketing activities, communications and liaising with suppliers,
customers and partner organizations
2. Prepare presentation materials, content & design work for social media sites,
marketing & digital marketing activities, events – POS materials, marketing collaterals,
product labels, van-painting, samples & etc.
3. Conduct marketing research to support business needs
4. Sourcing and coordinate sponsorship programs
5. Managing the company website, corporate videos and ensure all latest information
being updated.
6. Maintaining demo kitchen and coordinating with sales team to support cooking
demonstration in the kitchen.
7. Responsible to develop online digitalization activities (social media marketing for
coffee and CDM products and to increase the followers, improve the consumer reach
and engagement)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma / Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, Food Science or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field, preferably in food industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & design apps – Power-point, Word and Excel, Adobe
Illustrator etc.
- Preferably with exposure in digital marketing and e-commerce platform.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
